Muscle Assessment is a system composed of the following:

- QMA 42 -> system software compliant with all MS operating systems including Vista. XP & 2007.
- National Instrument PCI (PC or USB) analog/digital data acquisition expansion card.
- Hand dynamometer with analog output.
- Interface SM 250 force transducer - 250 lbf.
- Remote start/stop switch
- Two pairs of straps, and one adjustable attaching strap.

Additional Equipment - - Hand Held Myometry with integrated hand switch
- Pinch test input device with analog output
- Tongue Strength Measurement Appliance with analog output
- Various Force transducers (load cells): 1.1 lbf to 1000 lbf.

- Multiple device transfer enclosure
and cabling (up to five input devices)
Input devices may be used concurrently, but not simultaneously.
